Grand Cayman Islands
In late June of 2013, members of The Alliance traveled to the Cayman Islands with representatives of Foresters for an all-expenses paid vacation. Situated in the western Caribbean, the island of Grand Cayman is a piece of paradise. The Alliance Eventures team scheduled a week filled with activities on Seven Mile Beach, St. James Castle and scuba diving and snorkeling.
During this trip, guests experienced a "white party" that was a big hit, enjoyed first-class meals by the water, competed in a sand sculpting exercise, got to swim with stingrays and had the opportunity to see all the natural beauty of Grand Cayman. Part of the experience included helping refurbish the Frances Bodden Home for Girls, where The Alliance made a difference by planting trees, applying fresh coats of paint to walls and furniture and helped complete several needed upgrades at the school.
